As both a CrossFit coach and a Project Manager, she has discovered that motivating local community members to master upside-down push-ups and guiding designers and developers to meet tight deadlines require the same core skills: enthusiasm, passion, communication, integrity, and competence. Micah is a skilled web developer with over a decade of experience in full-stack development, UX design, and web management. Micah currently serves as a Technical Manager at Third & Arch, overseeing client communication, project management, and development team leadership. With a background in leading web development projects, including WordPress builds, custom CMS integrations, and responsive design, he has collaborated with award-winning agencies and clients across tech, AI, and data industries.
